With resourceful and traditional installation art methods- these images were styled in a very trend forward approach. Bold lighting, monochromatic surfaces, manipulated paper and quirky compositions, allowed for lots of freedom in both the color palette and styling direction. I strived to get my shots all in one take and not rely on post-production manipulation.
Delicate and trend forward, I approached this collection with avant guard styling that nods to traditional still life photography. I incorporated dried florals, dusty neutrals and architecture to create a modern feminine aesthetic. I was intentional and disciplined in color, food styling and lighting techniques to stay fresh, relevant and inspired.
